Our youth program has two different classes, a beginners class, and an intermediate-advanced class. The beginner class classes focus on warm-ups, workouts, foundational basics, introductory kata, and basic partner drills. Students in the advanced class focus on workouts, advanced basics, intermediate and advanced kata, partner drills, and self-defense.

Students in our program are taught listening comprehension, respect for yourself and others, and how to keep a healthy mind and healthy body. In addition to elevated fitness levels, students in our program excel in leadership skills, how to properly workout and stretch, and discipline.
